The machine is used for cabling telephone cable up to 100 pairs or assembling 50-100P sub-unit up to 2400 pairs.

1 High production efficiency: Adopt new fork type structure for central rotary pay-off and rotary take-up. Adopt hydraulic lifting platform to load or unload drums. Such designs highly increase the rotating speed and simplified the loading or unloading process.

 2 Advanced electric control system: Adopt AC motor with frequency conversion speed regulation for pay-off stand rotating, taping device, caterpillar haul-off, take-up stand rotating and traverser. Adopt DC motor with imported speed-regulation device for take-up. Adopt imported PLC to command and coordinate the whole line, which ensure the synchronous running and the accuracy stranding pitch. Adopt imported 10.4 inch colorful touch-screen to display and set on line technical data, which is which is convenient in operation and maintenance.

 3 Easy setting of traverser: The traversing pitch can set, revise and display on the touch- screen. The left-right traversing, jogging and rapid moving also can set on the touch-screen.

 4 Rotary take-up: Adopt ring type with support roller structure for rotary take-up, which increase the rigidness and the reliability of smooth running. 

 5 Perfect safety protection system: Adopt horizontal protection for take-up and pay-off , resetting protection for hydraulic lifting platform, over running protection for traverser, tape broken and finished protection for taping device, safety protection cover, the lack of air pressure protection, power source protection for take-up with traverser and the fault alarming for speed regulation.
